In these things, in addition to adult performers, pupils of senior classes of the choreographic school also began to manifest themselves.Subsequently, he created the company of the same name for the financial support of his pilot projects and original plans. Rashid Akhmedov himself acquired the official status of the director, moreover, confirming the manager with a diploma.
At that time, the production base and office of the companies from time to time moved to different rental premises. A solid “institute” of sponsors arose - from embassies of several states to an impressive series of oil companies and funds allocating grants for its performances. And since then, the chamber ballet Baku was determined in the rank of NGO - a non -governmental organization in which there is no permanent staff of employees, and all its participants work as volunteers, that is, free of charge.
Rashid Akhmedov himself is constantly carried out by all the productions of this public theater-studio, and they are embodied according to his original dramatic developments to music, which never sounded on the domestic ballet scene. They, reflecting the credo of the choreographer, are based on the works of outstanding composers of the twentieth century. Often, paying tribute to the name of the troupe and the number of participants in its prime minister, Rashid Akhmedov prefers to choose chamber works of wonderful authors.
The performances and presentations of the company usually take place on the stage of the opera studio or theater of the young spectator with the participation of the prefabricated composition of the performers: nowhere to work professionals and. From its very source, the TerShor Studio was a tribune of young people for young people. And today, after more than 20 years, the theater continues to work initiatively, creating new performances and growing fresh performing forces in the field of ballet art of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
