Franz Kafka Biography

About the author, Franz Kafka, a writer of Jewish origin, created in German. Franz was born in Prague on July 3 in the family of a businessman and the daughter of a noble brewer. At that time, many different peoples lived in the country, the problems in the relations between which later influenced the nature and self -perception of the future writer. Franz’s parents also took shape dysfunctionally: his father raised his son in severity and treated him cool, which made the latter feel like a burden.

To brighten up the gray everyday life, the young Kafka began to invent stories that did not cause any response in the family. While studying at the university, Franz staged theatrical performances and took part in amateur performances. In the year, Kafka completed his studies at the law faculty of Karlov University and received the degree of Doctor of Law, after which he became an official in the insurance department.

However, he experienced contempt for his activity, unflatteringly responding to his colleagues and subordinates. Franz Kafka: Literary creativity has always been akin to the flight from reality for Franz. Basically, the author wrote for himself, but was in no hurry to publish his labors due to self-criticism. Despite the meticulous attitude of Franz Kafka to his own work, it had a tremendous influence on his contemporaries and descendants, but such works as: “castle” are especially distinguished; "Process"; "Transformation." Most of the works of Kafka were printed posthumously, since the writer considered them unworthy, not worthy of attention. The author’s books saw the light thanks to the literary executor, Max Brodu, who collected the manuscripts of Franz and did not burn them in accordance with the will of the writer.
