Another question is - is it necessary for all city "elites"? Probably not everyone. Large federal and regional players, of course, are clearly not opposed, since their business is too much, it gives a lot of things and, of course, is waiting for respect from the authorities. The same FPG, which is more modest, may not want the "new rules" of the game, trying to either crush the non -angidized chapter for themselves, or achieve his displacement.

You can’t do without searching serious here - it’s not to be considered such, for example, posts in TG or social networks? What does the thought think? As we recall, on September 8 of this year, Maginsky was supported by 27 out of 28 deputies of the Duma of the NGO who took part in a secret vote. One folk chosen one then abstained, or did not vote, and thus an alternative candidate - the main energy of JSC East Port German Krasnoshchekov - was left without a single voice for.

It is curious, by the way, that in the Nakhodkinsky Duma, which is lying in the region with a very wayward and genuine “place for discussions”, the clear representation of the so -called “Nakhodkinsky FIGs” is not visible, all deputies are quite modest in their positions in business, positions and, according to the election declarations, personal prosperity.

However, the unspoken affiliation of a particular deputy with a particular business group, which has its blood interests in the find and environs, also, of course, cannot be excluded. The key marker is that the “candy-bunch” period in the relationship of the head and deputies smoothly grew into constructive work-the course of the adoption of the budget of the NGO and planning period of the years. And such an event on December 17 was a votum of distrust, who expressed almost the entire quorum of the deputies to his colleague-at that time the deputy chairman of the Duma Tatyana Belonogova, who has recently been positioning the political TG channels-without special, however, justification-as the "godmother" of all electoral campaigns in the find of recent years.

The reason for her discontent to her colleagues, the deputy called his statement to the chairman of the Duma of December 11 of this year, in which Belonogova refused the salary of the deputy chairman, offered to make this position in the Duma of the NGO unpaid, and to give the money to fight Covid in the city district, and also described her colleagues-deputies sharply negatively.

It should be noted that Belonogova’s statement about the abandonment of the deputy prime minister on the day of signing was very professionally “sowed” in regional media using social networks and the same grid of TG channels, and for some reason there were no obviously inconvenient issues in the “hype” publications. Deputies of the local Duma pay attention to the execution and timely adjustments of the budget and to the general background of relations of the administration and the representative body. Political scientists and political technologists - for a little understandable “following the regional agenda”, for “hiding”, for “who is friends with whom”, and on the probable results of a single voting day in September, of course.

The regional parliamentarians, whose constituency includes the territory of the Nakhodkinsky city district, as politicians primarily look at whether the municipal authorities are ready to participate in regional state programs, whether their party is strong in the district and whether it is possible to jointly solve the problems of voters. I see a lot of attention to the new head of the city directly to those issues that interest the population, people.

Together we repeatedly went to meetings with citizens dedicated to landscaping issues and the “thousand yards” programs and municipal property. And I can clearly say that the new administration is much more actively involved in solving the problems of the city of us, regional deputies.We are productively working together by voters who, of course, were formed and approved by the same chapter, Boris Innokentyevich Gladkikh, but the new administration showed great attention to them, and all work according to my sentences, for example, were completed by the beginning of September, despite the difficult situation of this year.

The active position of the administration on projects, where the participation of the regional authorities, such as the improvement of Lake Solleno and a fitness and recreation complex, is no less important. Together with the head of Maginsky, we met with specialized ministers of the regional government, discussed the problems of the city, including regional financing of a number of projects.

If it talks about party work, then I, as a member of the Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the United Russia runway, which is enshrined in this territory, I can say that close interaction with the local branch of the party, and with the EP faction in the Duma of the City District, especially in the part of the work created by the Party of the Volunteer Coronavirus Pandemic Center.

I also note that the United Russia faction in the Duma supports all the initiatives of the current administration. Thus, my impressions of these six months of working with the new team of the city administration are only positive. Much has already been done, it will be possible to give a thorough assessment of the work of the chapter, I think, at least after a year of work, because in order to establish full -fledged work and mutual understanding with all the structures operating here, "layers", of course, is needed more time.

Business and residents, of course, judge the work of the head of the NGO, too, in their own way. Naturally, residents need to live better in the find, work was under construction, social infrastructure was built and modernized, the coal did not dust, and the pandemic was over. And the head here is for all the defendant, not by powers and duties even, but simply in life. How and in what parameters do Timur Maginsky and his teams evaluate the work of the region’s executive power?
