We must take into account the qualifications of workers, give young workers the opportunity to adopt experience from the older generation, try their hand at difficult tasks.

It is clear that experienced workers will cope with work faster, but then the young people do not have the right skill. I take into account who more like work. And you also need to notice the mood of people. If a person has problems in everyday life, in the family, I will not entrust him with dangerous work, for example, at a height or in a tank.

Even if he himself is silent, I still find out about his problems, others will say. Well, the loading of members of the brigade, which means their earnings, also depends on me. Experience and knowledge allowed Pavel Baranovsky to create a coordinated, efficient team capable of fully and on time to fulfill the task. Our motto - there are no impossible tasks, any task must be completed, at all costs.

Our workshop does not collect ships, for this there are other specialists. Our work is everything that concerns the corps. We make technical cuts in the case, thereby providing other services access to internal structures, we are engaged in protective protection of the ship. Tread is aluminum barrels that are welded to the vessel case, they protect the corps from corrosion.

Now shipbuilding is being revived, the country needs boats, so there are emergency tasks and urgent tasks. It is believed that the foreman at the factory is like a sergeant in the army, he has nowhere to grow. But I have such a prospect. I made offers to switch to a management work. So far I refuse. I am very attached to my brigade and I can’t leave the guys. Does worker need knowledge in the field of economics and labor rationing?

Pavel Baranovsky believes that with calculations in their hands it is easier to defend the interests of the workers, to achieve justice in the accounting and standardization of labor. Yes, because when I close the outfits, I can, with calculations in my hands, prove that our work is worth more, I force the employer to review the standards in favor of the worker. Moreover, the conversation with the economists leads on equal terms, with knowledge of the matter, I also have a higher education.

And they listen to me, they understand that a prepared and competent person came. I think that a modern worker should understand everything, have a wide range of knowledge. Especially in such complex production as ours. Personally, I have to constantly improve and gain new knowledge. Because the team leader not only leads, he himself performs production operations - with documents and drawings and physically.

Moreover, he performs well to show others an example. If Pavel Baranovsky sees violations of the rights of workers, irresponsibility in labor protection issues, he, as a member of the Presidium of the Trade Union Committee of the Plant, immediately raises the alarm. We have a combat, reliable trade union at our plant. If necessary, we’ll block the road, and we’ll reach the president!

When the workers have problems, the trade union committee immediately intervenes, achieves from the leadership of their elimination. There were moments when they pressed the trade union strongly, they strove to oust him from the factory at all. But now relations with the new leadership are developing normally, in a businesslike way. As a member of the Presidium, I am always aware of all affairs, and this helps to correctly set tasks for the brigade.

Then there were a service in the Soviet Army, missile troops deployed in Hungary, studying at the Bolshekhamansky shipyard and in Dalrybvtuz. From the year, he has been managing the brigade of the Zvezda FIA snakes. He joined the trade union immediately after he arrived at the plant, five years later he was elected to the trade union committee, and was included in the presidium.

He was awarded the medal "For active work in the trade union", an honorary diploma of the governor of Primorye, his portrait was placed in the factory gallery of honor.
