From my point of view, Kaliningrad is in the first place.

If I were now a programmer and wanted to move somewhere, I would choose Kaliningrad. Here is the sea, a cool climate, low prices, you can buy a whole house at the price of a one -room apartment in the capital. What was this company, in what area? We were systems for those who did not have a full -time employee. He handed over a business comrade, he continued to work.

The first business we founded in the first year of the university-they sold the CDs empty and with records. Then it was popular - the only information carrier. There were no flash drives, and the Internet was slow. We watched the film "Silicon Valley Pirates" and collected Windows discs. At that time, I brought coursework and practical work at the university to the institute on the disketts.

Now this artifact can be scared by schoolchildren. But if we talk about the very first business manner-still at school, as a child I was cleaning walnuts in the village of my grandmother all summer. He collected a large bag and brought it from Ukraine to Penza. There it was possible to sell it, and bought a shock unit for the money received. But a few months after the start, we earned more than parents in ordinary work in state institutions.

At the time of the first course, there was enough money. We expanded, opened new outlets, invested part of the profit in them. In the year it was possible to earn thousands of rubles a month. Then I had an increased scholarship, rubles. But in the specialties that we use in work, they teach practically nothing. There is a different set from "I know nothing at all" to expanded and free classes.

Now the market is open - go to the search engine, write a request, and the ocean is in front of you. And the ability to competently use the search is now one of the main ones. The institute gives the base and teaches to study independently. The school give education under pressure. And at the institute, if you do not engage, then you will not give anything. The presence of a diploma suggests that a person is able to bring some project to the end.

But this does not mean at all that if a person has no “crusts”, then he is a bad specialist, and if he has a higher education, then he is always a good specialist. We have guys who, after a school or first year, came to us and work much better than some specialists with a red diploma that come for an interview. We argue, for example, about whether the business needs a mobile application.

There are guys who want to write their YouTube, for example. Or a large business that wants to make his corporate messenger, although there are many of them in the market. We argue at the level of idea, then at the implementation level and find ways to solve the problems of the company using the application. After all, the most important thing is that the application is useful for the user and at the same time solve business tasks.

Or has the messengers market already formed? But it is not necessary to repeat already successful developments. I am sure that in many niches at the moment there are not even products that have become the standard. The first thing that comes to mind is medicine. We are used to going to the hospital. Telemedicine is only developing. I think that in years they will visit a doctor only with some serious illness.

And the rest of the problems can be solved through the application. If you look at applications created in Europe and America, then there is a quiet horror. There are developments from large companies - Google, Apple, or startups from Silicon Valley. They look good. If you take a business - an American bank or airline - and compare with ours: heaven and earth. For some reason, they have such a mentality.

Here in America there are volt sockets, and here, since they had previously begun to introduce them. Then it seemed that Volt is normal, now they suffer, tolerate, but do not redo it. And the same with applications: their digital products began to appear earlier and remained at the same level. And in Russia, the market is very competitive, it is in growth stage and companies compete with each other's level of service.

Do you have customers from abroad? There are companies that work only to the West.

There are many customers in Russia who provide us with work, but we also have contracts from London, Eastern Europe - Baltic states, Romania, Bulgaria. Now it’s even harder - there is a lot of work, there are not enough people. Soon we will not be able to quickly distinguish in the online person of a living person from a computer. The diagnosis will make a neural network faster than a doctor.AI will be integrated into all spheres of life starting from cars that will drive themselves.

Roughly speaking, on autopilot. Ideally, you will say to the car: "Hello, take the son to school, take the karate in the evening, then bring me to me, simultaneously eat to the store and take the order with food." And this order in the store will also be accepted and assembled automatically. Change of worldview? We bought scissors in the nearest store, cut off our hair and threw it into the Neva.

Now we are also changing, already in its own way. Then the matter did not go beyond rehearsals. I played on the drums - it's difficult, but you can not know solfeggio. For me in music, the main thing is the presentation.
