Biography of Kamil Yusupov

Her path began with the work of an economist in a large corporation and led to the acquisition of one of the leading franchises in Russia - “not a school of drums”. Today she talks about her experience, about the challenges that she had to overcome, and how to manage a school inspiring for new achievements. What did you do before the purchase of the NOT School franchise? Before becoming the head of the “not schools” of drums in Irkutsk, I worked as an economist in a large corporation, was a private tutor in mathematics and made up investment portfolios for private customers.

In addition, I launched a small business of selling colors in a popular social network, which allowed me to master the basics of entrepreneurship in practice and understand that you can create a successful business with minimal investments. And how did you come to the idea of becoming part of one of the strongest franchises in the country? Once I attended a trial lesson in St.

Petersburg-this is how my acquaintance with the drums happened. Honestly, I am not the most energetic person, but that lesson plunged me into such a rhythm, made it possible to feel a frantic charge of emotions. It was love at first sight - to mentors, atmosphere and action. Then I found out that there are other projects: “Not a school of drums”, “Not a school of vocals”, “Not a school of guitar” and “Not a school of KIDS” but a turning point for me, probably, was a participation in business training from the founders of “Not School”, where I first learned that this franchise can be bought.

There I met the leaders of the network who made a strong impression on me. Energy, enthusiasm and motivation - I immediately realized that this is mine. That training, acquaintances and experience became a catalyst for my decision to join the project. I was always attracted by the opportunity to discover new horizons for myself and achieve more. It is for this reason that in my life there were various hobbies, classes, business experiments.

The idea of “not schools” turned out to be not just an entrepreneurial project for me, but also a platform for creating something significant and useful for myself, my hometown and the whole country. How did the management company help you with success? The success of the "NOT School" would be impossible without the support of the management company. At each stage - from the search for the premises to hiring employees and conducting trial classes - I received the necessary support.

Always, when I asked any question, they answered me unfolded and helped everyone they could. Our dialogue was constructive, and I have never been refused help.

Biography of Kamil Yusupov

At each stage, the management company was a teacher for me, an older brother, and sometimes a strict boss. Especially important was support at the stage of launching the school. The opening team helped me not only with organizational issues, but also with the search for musicians and administrators. Without their help, I would not have coped. They were with me every day, helped to hire employees, evaluate their skills and conduct trial classes.

What were your emotions on the opening day of "not school"? Without exaggeration, the discovery of my "non -school" in Irkutsk was an unforgettable event for me. This day was filled with anxiety and excitement. My knees were shaking, and my voice did not obey. I was afraid that no one would like that drums in this city are not needed. Due to delays with delivery, we postponed the opening date-this only added stress.

However, despite all the fears, the discovery was successful. A few days later, I received a lot of positive reviews for my “not school”. How did the "not school" change your life? The “Not School” project has become for me not just a business, but an important part of my life. He brought me a lot of new and interesting, changed my attitude to people and music. My life has become truly bright.

I am constantly in motion, I have schools in three directions in my native Irkutsk guitar, drums and vocals, as well as many branches in different regions. Every day brings me new challenges and opportunities. Today I am not only a successful franchisee, but I am also a sponsor of three large projects: “Not a School of Drums of Sevastopol”, “Not a School of Vocal Nizhny Novgorod” and not “not a school of drums Milan”.

The main thing is that thanks to the "not school" I got an unconditional love for people. Now I know that love and respect are the basis of a successful business. What are your plans for the future? In the next five years, I plan to significantly expand the network of schools. While in my plan I see at least 10 more schools in different locations, it will be more like a microset inside the main franchise.

The organizational structure is complicated here, regional managers appear. My business focus remains in the Far East, because I believe that in this beautiful and large region there is a lack of entertainment and educational institutions. And the "not school" just combines these two concepts in one cool project. What tips could you give the future franchisee "not schools"? If you decide, go to the end.

It will be difficult, there will be terrible moments, but you need to pull yourself together and continue. The farther, the easier. Personality and desire to study are key success factors in any business.
