To move on to the use of this method in humans, it took several years and experimental work on animals, during which satisfactory results were obtained. The method was already applied to 30 patients: not one had postoperative arrhythmia. Further, the second and third stages, when we can put our drug in practice for the treatment of two hundred or more patients.
