Already at the age of 6, I actively trained, and at the age of 9, Judo's lesson became a serious hobby for me.
I really liked this sport and I decided that I would strive for the highest achievements in this form, ”said Temur Rakhimov. Temur Rakhimov first trained in the famous school of Khudonazar Bokiev, the father of such famous athletes as Rasul, Alisher, Rustam, Hakim. A few years later, Temur continued his judo classes in the Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve of the Rudaki district under the guidance of Honored Trainer of Tajikistan Mustakim Aminov.
During this time, he taught me a lot, developed in me the qualities that are necessary to achieve success at the world level, ”says the athlete. The first international start in the career of Temur Rakhimov became not entirely successful, but after that he began to achieve good results. I took part in a number of district, regional and republican competitions, in which I became not only a winner, but also a winner.
At the first republican tournament, he became the third, but then he won the next competition, ”says the judoist. At the world level, he first performed in Kazakhstan, where, having won the first battle, he lost to the second.
Then, having drawn conclusions and conducting a thorough analysis, he began to achieve success - in the Vastan Cup, tournaments in Barnaul, Irkutsk and others. Preparation and trips to high -level competitions require considerable funds and, according to Temur Rakhimov, his family provides great support to him in this regard. With each performance in the international arena, Temur Rakhimov acquires not only valuable experience, but thanks to this is improved in technical and tactical terms.
There is always something to strive for, especially after speaking at various international tournaments. After all, the level of judokas in many countries is growing constantly, therefore, I must also train even more diligent to me in order to achieve results. Each time you need to make something new in your training process, change tactical approaches, and my coach helps me in this, ”Temur said.
