In the end, Alidar Utemuratov decided to create his own business and founded Green Apple. I imagined the family of our projects as a tree with green apples, and the purpose of our work is to make these apples red and ripe so that the startups are formed into independent businesses, ”the businessman recalls. From the point of view of investment activity, everything was beautiful, but these were difficult times due to ineffective management. In the beginning, we began, as I say, to “dive into projects”, to deal with ineffective management.

All the first half of the year we carried out a reorganization and plunged into businesses, although it was still investment activity, but with great control on our part. Difficulties arose due to the fact that in ready-made technological platforms that the company bought for its projects, contractors were not ready to promptly make changes. Moreover, each refinement was expensive, so Alidar Umuratov decided to create his own IT company, which was called Dar.

But at the Soft Launch stage, we received feedback from users who did not appreciate the idea of ​​collecting all services, but suggested nevertheless to divide the products in directions. We even announced a contest for haters who could most arguely indicate our mistakes to us. As a result, the application did not work out. Previously, our developers were distributed according to projects, and they had their own directions, and at that moment we decided to unite them and switch to a full cycle of creating a product, ”he says.

F: Alidar, why did you decide to create an IT company? F: There is an opinion that in the Republic of Kazakhstan they are not able to create a good IT solution or application ... - Excellent developers work in our team. They create solutions that, I am sure, will destroy this stereotype. Our goal: to create the best team in Kazakhstan, and in the future we will be ready to compete in foreign markets.

Have you probably heard such an opinion? For me, this is definitely not a toy, but time will tell which of us is right. We are building a business for not one year. I like what I do. We have many more tasks, and we will also fulfill them. The DAR team is now creating what no one has done in Kazakhstan before. After 5 years, our guys will become steep engineers. Imagine what will happen in 20 years!

F: What is DAR now? This is only the beginning, next year we will launch a few more products. We want to create an ecosystem that should solve the routine tasks of customers and free time for leisure, hobbies and family. The first we launched Crediton. Today in DAR this is the most successful project, every month it earns more than a million tenge. According to the plans, in a year this project should be fully paid off.

The second was Dar Play, which we launched in the spring in this product for three years we plan to invest about a million tenge. In the beginning, Dar Play had video and audio streaming. The subscription to the music cost tenge a month. However, the musical content had to be abandoned. The main source of income of Kazakhstani performers are TOI. In order for their songs to become popular and they are invited to various events, performers lay out their tracks into free access.
