That is, if a person caught fire to buy a specific project, he should specially choose a day, come to the agency through traffic jams, parks and in the real estate store everything is collected in one place.

And it also happens that the developer is conducting a loud project, but there is no layout. And we ourselves can make a layout. Any investor is ready to do something-the developers, sometimes, do not only have a layout, but also a general understanding of what they build on this site, how many floors, how many square meters they mainly know what they build and what they want, as a rule.

Neither the Duma nor the election in the monarchy we were the most prosperous country, the whole world was fed.

We were taught at school that our country was a "prison of peoples" - this is complete nonsense. Each nation has retained its culture, religion, no one forcibly "acted". You know, there is such an old Russian proverb: "The slave is not a mobilop." The issue of priorities - how do you work with objects that have great risks to never be built or to be built with a great delay?

If there is no building permit, it means that the documents are only in the process of registration. Only those developers who are close to the administrative resource are sold. And others if they sell, then at fairly low prices, and a person understands that high risks are leveled by low prices. When the documents are ready, the price rises, and significantly: it happens that two times.
