Aivan Milate Biography
Aivan or Ivan, because he is a native of the Balkan Milate killed tourists traveling a hitchhiking, for which he was judged and sentenced to several lifelong conclusions and in addition to 18 years in prison. In total, Milate was found guilty of the murder of seven people. The crimes were committed by him between-years near Sydney, in the southeastern part of Australia. Since Milate was already convicted and served a sentence in prison for an armed robbery, he was registered with the police and was suspected of committing murders, but at first there was absolutely no evidence against him.
Earlier, he was also accused of abduction and rape, but it was also not possible to prove it. He will be convicted of murders of hitchhiker only in the year after a long investigation. While in prison, the killer repeatedly tried to achieve a revision of the case or free himself by pardon. To attract attention, he even cut off his finger and intended to send it to the Supreme Court of Australia.
But all the attempts of Milate did not lead to anything: his work was never revised. During the imprisonment, Milate fell ill with cancer, which gave metastases to almost all internal organs, including the heart. The police began an investigation into the circumstances of his death. However, in Australia, this is a standard procedure carried out without fail if the convict dies during the serving of his sentence.
