This is a rapidly developing story: unification, including football clubs, whose main locomotives Roman Dubov and Sergey Lomakin.

Sergey is a large Russian businessman who loves football very much and is involved in him, has great ambitions and has great opportunities. TSI has a flagship direction - this is one of the clubs belonging to the consortium. There is a need to bring him to a new level. From the point of view of my competence and skills, there is an understanding that I can be useful in this story.

Therefore, he accepted this proposal, although, I admit, he pondered it for a long time. Again, due to the fact that it is not easy for me to leave the “match”-from the channel that I love, from work that I love, and from the people whom I love. In my opinion, this is the best city in the earth. But life develops so that you need to get away from your dear things to take a step forward.

In the near future it will be brought to a new level, and for this there is a very good base. Cyprus unexpectedly for many stepped into the top countries in the UEFA coefficient table and even turned out to be higher than the fundamental opponent - Greece. Accordingly, Cyprus has the same positions in European competitions as Russia, and the same quotation that we receive.

In this light, the possibilities in the Pafos FC began to play with absolutely new colors. In a number of positions, the consortium decided to intensify the personnel, and I am proud that I was among those who were offered to enter the team, this is a good challenge. I will engage in media and PR departments, the ideological component, and the advancement of club television-the leadership has great ambitions in this regard. There will be a lot of work, but this is an opportunity to prove yourself in a new conjuncture and look at football from a new side.

We talked very well and constructively. I am very pleased that I am leaving the “match”, staying with a channel in related and family relationships. We will continue cooperation and interact tightly. We agreed that I would go on the air of Match TV, as well as as far as possible we will implement joint projects. For Azerbaijan, this is a violation of borders. Personally, I have no questions for the Azerbaijani border guards. Their country is their rules. On the other hand, I was given accreditation to the tournament, while there were no additional wishes from Baku - they say, you should not come to our part of the euro. I was accredited for the specific match of Wales-Switzerland, I was on the lists for the game as a commentator, I received an incoming paper from the football federation of Azerbaijan.

It is clear that the security service checked all applications, and no questions about my surname arose. Or it arose, but everyone decided to postpone the decision until the moment I fly. I do not want to call it a provocation, but it could be a conscious action to show my pose. If so, then I don't like it. I think this is wrong. When UEFA speaks of hospitality and openness and that such tournaments should unite people, this should not happen.

It turns out that the words remain only words.In this case, the claim is not to the Azerbaijani border guards, but to UEFA. This is their zone of responsibility. Their and the organizing committee of Baku. There would be enough time to get a new passport, respectively, leaving the Armenian stamps in the past. But this is, firstly. Secondly, I had no desire to receive a new foreign.

I believe that it is wrong to abandon the actions that you committed, as well as from your past. I was in Armenia, I am not embarrassed by this and I do not consider it a reason to hide something. If this causes problems with Azerbaijan - I sit on the plane and fly back. Actually, I did so: flew away with the same side with which he arrived in the country.

Based on the availability of these documents, I can conclude that I am invited to a sports tournament. Do not bustle. It is always worse than going directly. It does not seem to me that I am a loser in this story. I was in the euro, I saw the tournament with my own eyes. I was already in Baku, even when our team played there during the time of Hus Hiddinka.

This is a beautiful city, it would be very interesting to look at Baku and now - I think that since that time it has become better. It was not possible, but I am not very worried about this. It seems that this lesson is not for me. Although, perhaps, I must once again consider the situation and draw some conclusions. How brought you to Paphos? Great program, excellent composition of participants. We were sitting at the same desk with Roma Shirokov and Volodya Gabulov. Volodya did not get out then, because he resumed his career in the Tula Arsenal, and Roma and I finished the victorious work - we defended a large design work on student football. Then there was no thought that I would receive a diploma and immediately go to work in this direction.

But now, as it turns out, such an education will not be superfluous. Would you like to work in an army club after some time? After all, they say that it is better not to do business with friends and relatives. But now I will be doubly rooting for CSKA - the club is close to me since childhood, plus it was headed by my good comrade Alexei Berezutsky. I understand that for him this is a colossal challenge and that it will be very difficult for him.

He is a very talented person and very subtly feels football, but he still has no experience of working as a head coach. Therefore, for him every day and every situation now is a new stress. But I believe in him and I have no doubt that he will succeed, the only question is - when? I really want it to be as soon as possible - and he would have received time and volume of trust.

They are needed in order to realize at this stage. It was the inertia of the Gazzaevsky CSKA, which created a very cool foundation that existed up to a year. Then it was the inertia of CSKA Slutsky and his heritage, and then the task of Viktor Gancharenko was to ensure a smooth change of generations, which he did. There were also conversations: "When the brothers and Ignashevich will leave, everything will collapse at all." But Gancherneco was able not only to keep the team, but also to create the illusion that CSKA claims to be performed by high tasks.

In fact, this is another team, a different club and other goals, a different level of players. Therefore, it makes sense to talk not about errors, but about club restructuring, which cannot occur painlessly. The only question is: how much this process will take, and which CSKA will come out of it. You can recall how Arthur Georges was appointed to the head of the head coach.

Yes, he won the European Champions Cup in M, but it was a completely incomprehensible appointment. Was it a mistake to appoint Georges? Probably yes. But this does not mean that such a mistake will not stimulate the future growth, which will lead to big victories.
